Goods must meet the legal standard
Goods sold to a consumer must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose made known to us where the law applies, and match their description. Your remedies depend on the issue, timing and circumstances and can include rejection and refund, repair or replacement, or a price reduction.
For consumers protected by Lithuanian law, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity appearing no later than two years after delivery. For consumers protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, qualifying faulty goods generally carry a 30-day short-term right to reject, followed by repair or replacement and, where those remedies fail or do not apply, price-reduction or final-rejection rights. The law and facts determine the exact remedy.
These rights exist whether or not a manufacturer or retailer offers a separate written guarantee. A guarantee expiring would not by itself end mandatory consumer rights, including mandatory protections of the country where you habitually live.
No separate commercial guarantee
AXLEWARD does not currently promise a separate time-limited manufacturer warranty beyond applicable statutory rights. If an additional commercial guarantee is approved for an exact product, its provider, duration, scope, claim route and exclusions will be shown before purchase and supplied in a durable form.
The 30-day Fit Promise is separate and covers an inaccurate recorded Confirmed fit; it is not the fault warranty and does not shorten any legal remedy period.
Report a fault
Open the verified order and start a return, or contact support with the order reference, product or batch marking, a description of the fault and privacy-safe photographs where useful. We may request proportionate proof of purchase and evidence needed to diagnose the issue.
Stop using the product and follow the Product safety route immediately if the issue could affect pedals, controls, wiring, driver clearance or safe operation.
Damage not caused by a product fault
A remedy for a product fault does not cover damage caused after delivery solely by forcing installation, deliberate alteration, misuse, an undisclosed vehicle modification, failure to follow the supplied safety instructions, ordinary wear or an external event unrelated to the product.
We assess the actual cause and do not treat this list as proof against a customer. Nothing here removes liability for a defect, inaccurate instruction, unsafe product or another matter for which the law makes us responsible.
