1. Seller and contact

MB Helmar is a Lithuanian small partnership, company code 307683092, Lithuanian VAT number LT100020159311. Its registered office and business address is Raudonbalės g. 16A, LT-14187 Vilnius, Lithuania. It operates the AXLEWARD brand and website.

Contract and support correspondence can be sent to support@axleward.co.uk. A public customer-service telephone number must be configured before public checkout opens. We contract in English and retain the order record electronically.

02

2. Ordering and contract formation

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Check every vehicle selection, delivery detail, item, quantity and total before paying. Acknowledging receipt of a checkout request does not itself mean we have accepted it.

The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation after successful payment, unless that message clearly says we are still validating the order. We may reject or cancel before dispatch for unavailable stock, an unsupported address, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to supply; any captured payment is refunded.

Checkout records the exact accepted policy version and an encrypted copy of the corresponding contract information. The order-confirmation email contains that same copy in a form you can retain. Keep the email with your order records.

03

3. Your information and responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, delivery, vehicle and fitment information and keep the secure order or account link private. Tell us promptly if an order detail is wrong. Do not use another person’s payment method, identity or order access without authority.

Use the product only for its intended purpose and follow the supplied product-version instructions, warnings and servicing steps. Do not force, dismantle or modify the product or vehicle mounting area. These responsibilities do not transfer to you a defect, inaccurate instruction or other matter for which the law makes us responsible.

04

4. Vehicle selection and fitment

You must select the correct factory vehicle details and disclose relevant modifications. Confirmed, Conditional, Unknown and Unsupported are different fit states. Only eligible results can proceed, and every physical kit in a multi-vehicle order must be assigned to a checked vehicle.

The commercial Fit Promise applies only on its published terms. It does not replace statutory quality, description or fitness rights.

05

5. Product and security limits

Product images and descriptions identify the supplied goods, but screen colour and scale can vary. Minor non-material manufacturing variation does not change the product specification.

OBD GUARD addresses direct physical access to one port. No product can promise that a vehicle will not be stolen or damaged. No police, insurer or security certification is claimed unless expressly identified with verifiable evidence on the product page.

06

6. Price and payment

The server-calculated total shown immediately before payment is the price payable. Prices are in pounds sterling and include every tax that AXLEWARD is required to collect at checkout. The current complete OBD GUARD kit price includes tracked standard delivery to the supported Great Britain territory.

Payment fields are provided by the configured payment processor. MB Helmar does not receive your full card number or card security code. Optional post-purchase products, when enabled, have their own offer and explicit payment confirmation; after payment, the item is attached to the same customer order while its capture remains separately auditable.

We use proportionate fraud and payment checks and may pause an order while a payment or identity anomaly is reviewed. We never ask for a full card number or card security code by email or support message.

07

7. Delivery, risk and ownership

We deliver to the address accepted at checkout. Risk passes when you or a person you identify, other than the carrier, takes physical possession. Ownership passes when full payment has been received and delivery has occurred.

Delivery estimates, delay rights and supported areas are described on the Delivery page.

08

8. Cancellation, returns, faults and warranty

Online cancellation rights, direct return costs, refund timing and the separate treatment of faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods are set out on the Returns page. You can use its electronic withdrawal function or make a clear cancellation statement by email or another unambiguous method; no single form is mandatory.

Fault support and the absence of a separate time-limited commercial guarantee are explained on the Warranty page. Neither that position nor the Fit Promise restricts mandatory consumer remedies.

09

9. Installation, servicing and misuse

Fit, inspect, remove and service the product only as described in the supplied instructions for the exact revision. Stop if installation requires force or could interfere with pedals, controls, wiring, trim or the driver. Remove OBD GUARD before diagnostics and keep the service tools secure outside the vehicle.

We are not responsible for loss caused solely by deliberate alteration, forced installation, use on an ineligible or undisclosed modified vehicle, or disregard of a clear safety warning, except where the loss also results from our breach, negligence, defective product or another responsibility the law does not allow us to exclude.

10

10. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for a business loss such as lost profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption where you bought as a consumer.

OBD GUARD adds a physical barrier to one access route. Its purchase does not make us the insurer of the vehicle and does not transfer to us losses caused by an unrelated theft method. That product limitation does not excuse a defective product, an inaccurate material statement or a failure to meet a duty we owe.

11

11. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control where we took reasonable steps to prevent or reduce the effect. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible, continue performance when we can and preserve any cancellation or refund right the law gives you.

This clause does not let us charge for goods we cannot supply, keep a payment after a valid cancellation, or avoid responsibility for a risk we could reasonably control.

12

12. Brand and website materials

AXLEWARD names, artwork, written content, photographs, software and site design are owned by MB Helmar or used under licence. Buying a product does not transfer those rights.

You may use and share order documents for personal records, support, legal advice or exercising a right. You may not copy the site or product media for resale, impersonation, a misleading listing or another commercial use without permission.

13

13. Complaints, law and courts

Contact support@axleward.co.uk first so we can investigate. We examine a written consumer complaint free of charge and provide a reasoned written response no later than 14 calendar days after receiving it. If we do not resolve the complaint, our response identifies the competent consumer-dispute route where required.

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that would apply in the country where you habitually live, including the protections applicable to a consumer in England, Scotland or Wales where AXLEWARD directs this store. Nothing in these terms forces you to bring a claim only in Lithuania; jurisdiction remains available as mandatory law provides.

14

14. Changes, no waiver and severability

The terms shown when you place the order govern that purchase. We may update future terms for legal, operational or product changes and will publish the revision date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

If either side delays enforcing a right, that does not normally waive the right. No change to an existing order is binding unless both sides agree it or the law permits it.
